* Complete Check for Water Leaks
* Check Temperature in Cabin
* Inspect Furnace Filter and Change if Needed (Cost of Furnace Filter Not Covered under Plan Price)
* After Each Visit You Will Be Notified Via Text or Email of Findings. If A Major Issue Occurs You Be Notified by Phone While We Are at the Property
